Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Sweden

Free Shipping — Always

All orders to Sweden ship for free, regardless of order value. No minimum spend required.

Delivery Time

1-3 business days from dispatch.

Carriers

We ship within Sweden using PostNord and DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Scandinavia (Norway, Denmark, Finland)

Shipping Rates

• Orders below 399 SEK: 59 SEK flat rate

• Orders from 399 SEK: Free shipping

Delivery Time

2-5 business days from dispatch.

Carriers

We ship to Norway, Denmark and Finland using PostNord and DHL. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that orders to Norway may be subject to customs duties and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

 

Rest of Europe

• Orders below 699 SEK: 89 SEK flat rate

• Orders from 699 SEK: Free shipping

Delivery Time

5-10 business days from dispatch.

Carriers

We ship across Europe using PostNord and DHL. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges depending on your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Cloud & Glow is not able to predict or cover these costs.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Cloud & Glow cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to track your delivery directly on the PostNord or DHL website.

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@cloudandglow.com.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cloudandglow.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it quickly.
