How to: Apply a facial oil; it helps to reduce any friction caused by the cups. The larger cup is used on your cheeks, forehead, as well as your neck and chest. The smaller cup is used on more delicate areas of the face, like the nose, T-zone and lips. 

Jaws & Neck: Use the larger cup and drain the lymph nodes by outlining your jaws with the cup and sliding it down to the neck.

The cheeks. Slide the cup up from your jaws to the cheeks; this will help blood circulation.

The forehead. Slide the cup from your temples towards your hairline and repeat the step until you've done the forehead.

Nose: From the crease of the nose: slide the cup in a short motion towards the tip of the nose. 

T-zone: Slide upwards to the T-zone from the nose bridge. Place the cup just above the eyebrows, and follow the shape of your brows in a squeezing and releasing motion.

Remember: Press, slide and release with each move. Do not leave the cup on one spot for too long, as it may cause bruising and always slide the cup upward.
